Located in northern Kyoto near Shisen-do, this temple is famous for its stunning autumn foliage (reservations required during peak season). A short climb up the hill behind the temple offers a view of the city.
The bicycle parking area is part of the car park behind the white wall. A sign next to the entrance stairs points there.
