Located at the Hyakumanben intersection near Kyoto University. It is famous for its "Tezukuri-ichi" (Handmade Market) held on the 15th of every month, attracting many artisans.
On market days, please use the small gate on the west side. You will likely see people already parking along the path and even further away. This is shown in the video below at the 0:40 mark (it's the book market video, but the parking is same).
