There is one bicycle parking lot on the east side of the building and more parking spots surrounding the west building.
To enter, press the green button and take a paper ticket from the machine. The entrance door will then open, and you can park your bike in any open space.
To exit, simply insert your paper ticket into the machine at the exit gate. The door will open, or the machine will display the amount you need to pay.
It's free for the first two hours. After that, it costs 100 yen for an additional two hours.
If you make a purchase at the mall, show your parking card to the staff at checkout to get an extra two hours of free parking. If you see a movie at the cinema, you get an extra three hours.
