Unfortunately, standard free parking is no longer offered.
The new fees are ¥200 for the first 4 hours, and then ¥50 for every 4 hours after that.
You can still get 2 hours of free parking by spending ¥500 or more at the Daimaru department store. Just take your receipt to the Information Desk (first floor) or the Service Counter (basement floor) to get a QR code.
