Hey everyone! Just a quick update on what’s been happening with the site lately. It’s still a small project, but I’m working on making it as useful as possible for anyone visiting Kyoto.
Finding a spot for your bike while sightseeing can sometimes be a pain, especially in a city you don’t know. To make it easier for visitors, I’ve updated the parking map! I’ve added a bunch of new spots near the main attractions and, most importantly, included current prices.
Soon, I’ll be adding a button to report price changes. It’s impossible for one person to keep track of all of them, so thank you in advance if you help me keep it up to date!
I’ve also started leaving cards with QR codes at a few local rental shops around the city. If you see one, give it a scan. It’ll take you straight to the map and info you need while you're out on the road.
Shop Directory: Once the weather finally warms up, I’m planning to visit more rental shops to get them listed properly on the site. I want to make sure the directory is as helpful as possible for travelers.
Recommended Routes: I’m starting work on a "Recommended Routes" section. I don't have a solid timeline for when they’ll be finished yet, but they’re in the works!
YouTube: I’m still totally figuring out the whole YouTube thing, so thanks for sticking with me while I learn the ropes of filming and editing.
